Dr. Tkach earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University, graduating cum laude with departmental honors. He completed medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, followed by orthopedic surgery residency training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He pursued advanced fellowship training in adult reconstruction in Salt Lake City under the mentorship of Aaron Hofmann, MD, where he refined his expertise in joint replacement techniques focused on durability, function, and anatomical precision.
